aimee and josh

My name is Aimee and my husband’s name is Josh. We live on a small hobby farm in the Hudson Valley. Our goal is to share the love we have for our animals with you! We have found that having farm animals has filled our home with more warmth than one can imagine. We both believe that life is more complete when there is a fluffy or feathered friend that appreciates your kindheartedness. We’d like to spread that joy with you and continue to pay it forward.  Shoot us an email to say hello, book an event, or come up and meet our animals.  We’d love to share our view with you!

This is gonna be a tough bio to write. My incredibly talented daughter, Olivia has been my soul mate and partner here at Noble Farms. From the first batch of chicks, to goats, to Jethro, to calves, she’s been my right hand “wo-man” and confidant. The stories we hope to share with you, we’ve lived. The unconditional love we’ve given to our animal friends, we’ve felt back. The losses we’ve had hurt bad. Together she and I have learned a lot, cried a lot, laughed a lot, and just had some raw time together. She’ll sing to the animals and to me while we care for them. She nurtures them as she nurtures me. She also designed our website. She’s been one hell of a hobby farmer and this tiny tyke can really haul some hay…. So watch out boys!!! She’s graduating school this year (2018) and I thank her for every minute she’s dedicated to our farm. I could not have done this without her… Love you kid…. NO BULL!!!

While most of the kids in today’s society are on their cell phones, Gigi is out getting dirty and pitching in. The youngest farm hand we have --at just 11-- she replenishes the hay for the animals, bottle feeds babies, feeds the chicks and walks the goats and cows. Every day before school with a smile on her face she willingly helps me with morning duties. How lucky am I? She’s just there because she wants to be. I am a proud mama and this little chick is the future... Love you Gigi ... No Bull!!!
